Ingrediente

1 ceapa mare, tocata, 1 lingura ulei, 1 conserva porumb (225 g), 3/4 l supa de pui, zeama de la o jumatate de lamaie, sare, piper, coriandru sau patrunjel verde tocat .

Mod de preparare

Caliti ceapa in ulei, adaugati supa de pui si 2/3 din conserva de porumb. Fierbeti la foc mic, timp de 20 de minute.
Dati amestecul prin mixer si pasati apoi compozitia printr-o sita fina. Incalziti din nou si adaugati restul de boabe de porumb, sarea, piperul si zeama de lamiie.

Serviti cald, cu patrunjel verde tocat si, optional, ardei iute taiat rondele.

Ingrediente:

1 conopida mare, 1 ceapa, 1 legatura verdeata, 2 linguri ulei, 1 lingura faina, 1 1/2 pahar smintina

Mod de preparare:

Se fierbe conopida cu ceapa si verdeata. Dupa ce au fiert, se scoate ceapa si verdeata, iar conopida se da prin sita. Se face un rintas usor rumenit, din ulei si faina si se stinge cu zeama in care a fiert conopida. Cind incepe sa fiarba, se adauga pireul de conopida si se lasa sa dea 2-3 clocote Se drege cu smintina, dupa ce s-a racit.

Ingrediente:
1 lingura ulei de masline
1 cana ceapa taiata marunt
2 catei de usturoi, taiati marunt
500 g rosii curatate de coaja sau 800 g rosii din conserva si sucul lor
1/4 cana vin rosu sec
4 cani ciorba de legume, supa de conserva sau apa
1/2 lingurita miere (optional)
2 linguri patrunjel sau busuioc taiat marunt
1 lingura cimbru proaspat sau 1 lingurita uscat
3/4 cana orez
sare de mare si piper pentru gust

Mod de preparare:

1. Se incalzeste uleiul intr-un vas. Se adauga ceapa si se caleste lafoc potrivit, amestecand continuu, pana se inmoaie. Se adauga usturoiulsi se mai lasa pe foc 2 minute.
2. Se mareste focul si se adauga rosiile cu sucul lor si vinul. Se lasasa dea in clocot si amestecandu-se continuu se adauga ciorba. Se lasa safiarba reducand focul inca 30 de minute. Daca compozitia se ingroasa semai adauga ciorba sau apa (1/4 cani). Se gusta si se adauga putin miere,daca se considera necesar.
3. Se adauga frunzele si orezul, se acopera si se mai lasa 20 de minutesau pana orezul s-a inmuiat. Se gusta din nou si se adauga sare de maresi piper.

1 portie contine: 240 calorii; 5,4 g proteine; 46,3 g carbohidrati;4,3 g grasimi; 0 mg colesterol; 105 mg sodiu (fara cel din sare).
