Ingrediente

4 ardei grasi,
200 g pate de ficat,
2 rosii,
50 g masline,
sare,

Mod de preparare

Ardeii se spala si li se scot cotoarele si se umplu cu pateul de ficat. Se taie in doua si se orneaza cu feliute de rosii si masline.

Ingrediente

6 ardei (depinde de dimensiuni),
200 g de branza dulce de vaca,
100 g de unt sau margarina ,
1 ceapa,
1 lingura de mustar,
sare, boia dulce de ardei,

Mod de preparare

Ceapa se toaca foarte marunt (sau se da pe razatoarea mica) si se amesteca cu branza, margarina, mustarul si boiaua (pentru culoare) pana se obtine o crema. Ardeii se spala, se zvanta, li se taie un capacel in jurul coditei si li se indeparteaza samburii si se umplu cu crema de branza. Se tin in frigider o ora, sa se intareasca umplutura, apoi se taie rondele sau sferturi cu un cutit foarte bine ascutit.
