Ingrediente si cantitati:

250 g branza de vaci
1-2 linguri smantana degresata
3 linguri zahar pudra
zeama de la o portocala
2-3 linguri nunca de cocos/nuca macinata/alune pisate/fulgide migdale/fistic
bucati de fructe sau fructe din dulceata, dupa gust

Mod de preparare:

1. Branza proaspata de vaci se amesteca cu o lingura, doua cu smantana subtire si slaba si trei linguri cu zahar pudra, plus zeama de la o portocala. Ingredientele se bat foarte bine cu mixerul, timp de 10 minute.

2. Se adauga 2-3 linguri cu nuca de cocos sau nuca macinata, fulgi de migdale, alune pisate, fistic (in orice combinatie, dupa gust). Se lasa la rece. Se serveste in cupe, cu fructe proaspete sau fructe din dulceata (de preferat capsune, zmeura, caise).

Ingrediente pentru rulada:
8 galbenusuri
4 albusuri
100g zahar
80g faina
20g amidon
30g cacao
1/2 plic praf de copt

Ingrediente pentru umplutura:
500ml smantana pt frisca
1 borcan compot visine
40g zahar
50g ciocolata tocata

Se bat albusurile spuma tare, se pune zaharul,  apoi galbenusurile de la oua, faina, amidonul, cacao si praful de copt.

Toata compozitia se toarna in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, se coace la 190 grade.

Se rastoarna apoi pe un prosop si se uda hartia de copt cu apa rece pentru a se desprinde usor, se ruleaza si se lasa sa se raceasca.

In tot acest timp se bate frisca cu zaharul si apoi se adauga ciocolata tocata, se pune 2/3 crema si fructele pe foaie si se ruleaza.se imbraca cu partea de crema ramasa.

50 gr zahar
200 gr iaurt
1 plic praf de copt si 1 de zahar vanilat

toate in afara de mere se framanta,la mine a mai fost cazul de faina asa ca am mai adaugat 3 linguri. tapetati masa si mainile cu faina bine si intindeti aluatul de vreo 2 cm grosime
se taie in ce forma vreti,eu am taiat fasii si umpleti.se pun in tava tapetata si se ung cu lapte pe deasupra apoi se dau la cuptor.
