Mod de preparare
Dovlecelul si branza se dau pe razatoarea mare. Patrunjelul se toaca fin si se amesteca cu celelalte ingrediente, inclusiv cu dovlecelul si cu branza. Compozitia se poate servi pe paine sau ca umplutura pentru rosii.
